Chess In Java

A small chess game built from scratch in Java, rules and interface included.

A board-game project covering the full ruleset: legal move generation, check and checkmate detection, castling, promotion, and a turn-based interface to play it out. Written in plain Java as an exercise in structuring game state cleanly.
